Writing Task 6th Meeting

If I could Back In Time




        The past is something that we 've passed in the past and feel. Everyone has a different journey in her past. There were fine with his past and there is also a regret in his past. Moreover basically created by imperfect humans probably only a thousand and one in this world can be created with perfect one. Because so many mistakes that have been done and therefore does not make a person perfect. Actually, not perfection was something important in life. It's just that becomes important is how we carry ourselves in order to remain a good human being and in the end goodness it brings to a perfection.

          In the past a lot of mistakes I 've ever done, and sometimes becomes a regret in my life. Because basiceclly  I not a human being is created with the perfection. I am just a human who is not infallible and  are still so many errors that can not be repaired until now.  Well, If I had the chance go back into the past or I could go back in  time, repeated the past life. Then I will fixed the errors and many more things I want to improve, especially in terms of character and nature.

           Lots of dark streaks that I want to fix it, I delete  it and I fill it with beautiful graffiti full of goodness and more meaningful. In addition I would like to straighten out a mistake I 've ever done, use the time that has been wasted well, not to repeat the mistake again serve targeted and minimize possible errors I could do. Well, it might be a lot of the life cycle that I want to change my life for the better again.

          So, in essence if I could go back in time I just want to be one who is without making mistakes, being good people, not naughty, not stubborn, according to the same parents. certainly to be  children sholehah for my parents. To be better than I am now. Doing what must be done. Say what must be said that there are no regrets in the future.

Writing Assignment 5th Meeting

A. Description of Narrative Writing

Often, the word narrative is synonymous with story. A narrative is the story (Fiction or Non-fiction) told and the oder in which it is told. Sometimes, there is a narrator, a character or series of characters, who tell the story. Sometimes, as with non fiction, the author himself/herself in the narrator.
Generally, writing about an event in a personal way. Narrative writing is a style of writing in which a story is told a particular point of view. It is gerally fictional prose, though there some narrative poems. Essentially, a narrative tells a story. In this respect differs from, say, introsepctive writing. Writing that tells a story. And also Narrative means story or plot, usually opposed to dialogue/ speech by the characters involved in the story. Narrative a story or account of events.
The definiton of Narrative is  a text to entertain the reader with a story that deals with complications or problematic events which lead to a crisis and in turn find resolution.
The generic structure of Narrative are :
1. Orientation ( sets the scene and introduces the participants).
2. Complication (a crisis arises)
3. Resolution (the crisis is resolved, for better or for worse).
4. Coda ( conclusion)
The language Features of Narrative are :
1.    Using processes verb, like : tell, says, narrates
2.    Using temporal conjunction : cronological order
3.    Using simple past tense


B. How to differ narrative writing from other writing genres

Narrative is  a text to amuse, entertain and deal with actual or vacarious experience in different ways. Narrative deal with problematic event which lead to a crisis or turning point of some kind, which in turn finds resolution. Because narrative is a text focusing some specific participants that have several structural features it is making different from other genre.


C. The Steps to Make Narrative Writing

A good narration tell a story in an interesting way by adding elements of suspense so that the readers will want to know how the story will turn out. The word narrative means a story, so narrative is where you tell a story, meaning a fiction piece of work a short story.

The first steps we must pick up the Idea to deliver

The second steps we must develop into a complete sentence make sure your story is organized. You can do this by using cronological order. The beggining will set the scene for the story, the middle should tell the story, and the end should bring the story to a conclusion. You can also tell a narrative story from a first person or second person and third person. In develop sentence there are some steps, like :

1. To make narrative writing we must determine orientation of generic structure  narrative. Orientation is  sets the scene and introduces the participants. An orientation in which the narrator tells the audience about : 1. Who is in the story
                     2. Where  the action happening
                     3. When the story is taking place
Example :
When I was in Elementary School I am included good student in class. Because almost every semester (quarterly) I got a rank between one two and three, but it happened when I was in grades three until six. In class one and two I only got rank between three until eight. At that I never thought I could got rank one. Starting from that moment I often got rank one.
                                             
2. We must establish complication or  tells the beggining of the problem which leads to the crisis (climax) of the main participant.
Example :
Of course, it is not easy to got rangked first, because I must to figth  hard, study hard and I also compete with my classmates who named Pipin Lestari and Agung Handoko. They are Including good student in class. Especially Agung Handoko he is male students are very cleaver. Because the results of my hard work I can be like they are  always were rated. Although, sometimes it was ranked among the three of  us took turns. But we always became good friends. At the time I remeber when I rose to fifth grade I was appointed to follow a race which quiz competitions and I was appointed to represent the quiz competitions Natural Science subject. I became keen learn and be guided by a mentor teacher Natural Science. So can win the race to the provincial level. At the home I also continue to practice and learn until the day of the race arrived. The first day of competitions was held at the village. At the time the race went smoothly and  I was able to get through it well. After  two days of competitions held at the village level. supervising teacher of Natural Science lesson tells me that I qualified for the district level do not think became with it. Even then be very pleasent news at that time. But when the race was held district level I did not manage to win the race I just got 2 champion. Because my oppenet is much more cleaver and lucky. I became lost and can only last up to district level. That's my failure when I follow the quiz competitions despite failing but still be an honor because I can follow the race and managed to get two champion.

3. Determine resolution of complication or problem in the story. Resolution is showing the way of participant to solve the crises, better or worse. The end can be open or close ended. Open endeded is conclusion that depends on the perception of the readers. Whereas, close ended is an end of a story in which the conclusion is clearly stated.
Example :
I kept trying to study hard in order to become even more and may have the opportunity to be a winner.

4. Establish coda or which summarized the point of the story and moral massage we may get.
Example :
To be achieving students that requires passion and hard work for the objectives to be achieved with either. If we fail do not despair keep trying to be able to achieve a success.

The last steps is make sure you stay on the target of your story. Do you want to entertain, inform or give an emotion and when you are though writing you narrative story be sure to revise or edit.


D. Determine Topic Sentence of The Narrative Bellow

My Achievement and Failure in Elementary School

        Everyone certainly has an achievement and failure. Of achievement a person learns to always be the best. Of the failure a person is always learning to be better. As well as with me. I will share a few stories about the achievement and failure when I was in Elementar School. When I was in Elementary School I am included good student in class.
